- Make Votes Count In West Sussex (MVCIWS) is not a membership organization but its Supporters have agreed to be its Supporters and we contact them from time to time about our activities and generally about proportional representation. If Supporters resign at any time, we remove them from the Supporters’ list.
- MVCIWS holds data about its Supporters by contract and legitimate interests from when each became a Supporter.
- Members of the MVCIWS Committee are listed on MVCIWS’s website.
- The MVCIWS Committee holds its Supporters’ names and e-mail addresses for the purposes mentioned in Item 1 above.
- If a Supporter has also given us other means of contact, as some have, we also hold those details for the same purposes.
- We hold party political affiliation when a Supporter has provided it.
- We hold information on membership of political organizations relevant to electoral reform.
- We shall tell any Supporter, who asks, what information we hold about the Supporter.
- We shall not share any of the information without the Supporter’s permission.
- If a Supporter tells us in writing (which may be by e-mail) at any time that the Supporter no longer wish to be such, we shall remove the Supporter’s name from the list.
